These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bc99 platform and all its services. By accessing the website, registering an account, or participating in any gaming activity, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms described below. Definitions & Interpretation

The meaning of the following terms used in these conditions is clarified below:

3.3 Updating Account Information

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. It may take longer if KYC verification is pending or a security review is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawing funds via the same method used for deposit is preferred.
• bc99 reserves the right to keep any suspicious transaction under review to prevent money laundering.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Members making their first deposit on bc99 will receive a 100% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• ৳22,000 deposited → bonus ৳10,000 → total balance ৳32,000 (bonus cap reached)

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once — attempting to collect a bonus through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• bc99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Any breach of bonus-related conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Participation in bonus activities is voluntary — if you do not wish to take a bonus, please inform customer support.
• The expiry date of each bonus will be communicated alongside the respective offer.

5.4 VIP Program

bc99's VIP program has four tiers. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on regular gameplay and activity, and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Gameplay Rules

6.1 Ensuring Fair Play

6.2 Technical Issues

In the event of an internet disconnection, power failure, or any other technical issue during a game, the last saved game state on bc99's servers will apply. bc99 will endeavour to provide an appropriate resolution in such situations, but cannot accept liability for losses caused by external factors.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and balances may be forfeited:

• Money Laundering: using the platform to clean or transfer illegal funds.
• Fraudulent Activity: operating an account using false information, stolen payment methods, or another person's identity.
• Bonus Abuse: collecting bonuses in violation of the rules or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Software Manipulation: attempting to influence games or systems through bots, automation software, hacking, or any other technical means.
• Collusion: gaining unfair advantages by coordinating with other users.
• Account Sale or Transfer: selling, renting, or otherwise transferring any account to a third party.

• If a transaction is delayed due to a technical issue on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• If unauthorized access to an account occurs due to user negligence or disclosure of confidential information.
• If the service is disrupted due to a natural disaster, government directive, or any other unavoidable circumstance (Force Majeure).
• If a user creates an account using false information.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by the User

A user may close their account at any time. To do so, send a request to the support team. Before the account is closed, all pending withdrawals and wagering-free balances will be settled.

10.2 Closure or Suspension by bc99

bc99 may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Evidence that an account is being operated on behalf of a minor
• A court order or directive from a regulatory authority

If an account is closed due to a breach of the terms and conditions, the bonus balance will be forfeited. The matter of returning the real money balance will be decided based on the circumstances of the case.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

bc99 may take necessary action regarding accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, after notifying the user in advance.
